Have You Kept Your 2016 Digital Signage Resolutions?

Here we are at the end of January; the time when most people start giving up on their New Year’s Resolutions. So, it’s time to see whether or not Digital Signage users are taking advantage of all the best that Digital Signage has to offer. If you’ve fallen off the resolution train don’t sweat it. Here are a few tips to get your 2016 Digital Signage Resolution goals back on track.

1. Work on Your Content Quality. New year, new you, right? 2016 is still fresh and it’s not too late to revamp your writing style, your content goals and your social media strategy. If things have gone stale, change them up. Afterall, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results, right? Change your plan of attack. Hire a content writer and social media specialist if need be. Just make sure that good content is always circulating!

2. Stop Using Paper. Just Stop it! Menus, flyers, posters, newsletters, ads, coupons…these are all things that should be done away with once Digital Signage is incorporated. But you’ve not thrown it all out, have you? You’re still reprinting that little paper menu, aren’t you? And that flyer advertising the friendly business neighbor nearby is still sitting near the hostess counter, isn’t it? Digital Signage can be truly liberating if you use it correctly. Your displays can showcase your changing menu, advertise specials, inform customers of chances to receive coupons and ads they’d be interested in, etc. Save your counter space and take advantage of the digital real estate you already have. Who can argue with removing paper clutter and saving print costs?
