Shipping Policy

At HD2Menus, we strive to deliver your digital signage and AV equipment safely, quickly, and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping and fulfillment procedures for both hardware orders and digital software subscriptions.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (CST), excluding holidays.
  • Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
  • Custom orders, large displays, or bundled hardware packages may require additional processing time (typically 7–10 business days).
  • Software licenses and cloud subscriptions (e.g., HD2Menus.tv access) are delivered digitally within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via UPSFedEx, or LTL freight depending on the size and value of the order.
  • Tracking numbers are automatically provided once your order ships.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for hardware equipment.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible items as clearly stated on product pages.
  • Freight shipments for large screens, kiosks, and video walls will be quoted and confirmed prior to order fulfillment.

4. International Shipping

  • HD2Menus currently ships within the continental United States.
  • For international or cross-border shipments, please contact sales@hd2menus.com for a custom quotation.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Lost shipments must be reported within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
  • HD2Menus will work directly with the carrier to resolve claims and issue replacements when appropriate.

6. Digital Product Delivery

  • All digital software licenses and renewals are delivered electronically via email or account activation link.
  • No physical shipping charges apply to digital software orders.
