At HD2Menus, customer satisfaction is a priority. We understand that circumstances may require a return or exchange. The following policy ensures transparency and aligns with industry standards for digital signage and AV hardware products.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most hardware products.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Custom-built systems, video walls, and special-order displays are non-refundable once production or shipment has begun.

Digital software licenses, subscriptions, or activation keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
2. Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To request an RMA, email support@hd2menus.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Returned products must be insured and shipped using a trackable method.

HD2Menus is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.
4. Inspection & Refunds

Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected within 5–7 business days.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, less shipping and restocking fees (typically 10–15%).

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion after verification.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for identical or equivalent products when applicable.

Exchange requests must follow the same RMA process outlined above.
7. Subscription Cancellations

Cloud software subscriptions (HD2Menus.tv, HD2Pro) can be canceled at any time.

Prepaid annual licenses are non-refundable once activated but will remain valid until the end of the billing cycle.
