Refund Policy

At HD2Menus, customer satisfaction is a priority. We understand that circumstances may require a return or exchange. The following policy ensures transparency and aligns with industry standards for digital signage and AV hardware products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most hardware products.

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • Custom-built systems, video walls, and special-order displays are non-refundable once production or shipment has begun.

  • Digital software licenses, subscriptions, or activation keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • To request an RMA, email support@hd2menus.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

  • Returned products must be insured and shipped using a trackable method.

  • HD2Menus is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.

4. Inspection & Refunds

  • Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected within 5–7 business days.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, less shipping and restocking fees (typically 10–15%).

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion after verification.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for identical or equivalent products when applicable.

  • Exchange requests must follow the same RMA process outlined above.

7. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cloud software subscriptions (HD2Menus.tv, HD2Pro) can be canceled at any time.

  • Prepaid annual licenses are non-refundable once activated but will remain valid until the end of the billing cycle.
